Hi Guys,
I recently updated gcc from 9.3.0 to 9.3.0-r1.
My kernel was compiled with 9.3.0.
Then rebuilt libtool as instructed.
Everything compiles fine but today during update the nvidia-drivers fails with:

Before I had no problem installing/updating nvidia.
Only thing I can think is the gcc update...
How to troubleshoot this error?

This error happen with any out-of-tree modules when the selected kernel at /usr/src/linux was built with a different gcc version than the one you're using right now. So, just clean+rebuild your kernel.
Edit: More specifically different gcc rather than different gcc version, so even revisions are a concern. These things need to match perfectly.

UPDATE:That WAS the problem indeed.
After rebuilding the kernel with the new version of gcc everything worked fine.
